Once again, thank you for all your optimism that day despite some hiccups by us that happened along the way (as they always do with any wedding). We really enjoyed ourselves on our wedding day!

Though my husband and I would never be married again, we'll be sure to visit Conrad Singapore as our preferred choice of hotel for dining and vacation.

Our wedding coordinator/ sales manager Vicky followed up closely with us on all the wedding details even before we reached out to her, guiding us along every step of the way to ensure that our event will run smoothly. She was also helpful and answered our queries promptly. It was a good experience liaising with her and we are grateful for her assistance throughout.

For our banquet manager, I just want to say he is the bomb! He was just so full of positivity and enthusiasm and made our guests really happy with him and his team's service. Apart from adding so much fun to our wedding event, he also executed his tasks well ensuring that the actual day events went smoothly. To those looking for a wedding venue, I would highly recommend this place not just because of the elegance and class of this hotel (plus their ballrooms are newly renovated!), but also their food and service. We chose the Chinese menu from Summer Palace and the food won so many praises from our guests. They are truly deserving of the 1 Michelin star indeed.

Before I end off, we would just like to say a big Thank You to the rest of the team who were there to assist us that day as well as the chef who prepared our food. Words can't express how grateful we are and these memories will definitely last us a lifetime.

Thank you so much for your efforts and very responsive replies every time we have further requests. You would tried your utmost to address our needs and suggest effective alternative solutions if our requests could not be met. You are exemplary in the hospitality industry and a valuable asset to Conrad Orchard Hotel. Our guests had totally enjoyed the reception with really good food and excellent services.
