The staff isamazing here! Everyone ofthem actually. Not only are they friendly and quick tohelp but akso they are extremely professional and curtious. Iwas taken care ofright away even while showing upearlier than myscheduled appointment. Irecommend anybody else togo here and you will besatisfied with the service.

I amappalled atthis Kroger’s lack ofcustomer service skills. From pharmacy techs tothe pharmacist, everyone Ihave dealt with has shown alack ofprofessionalism. There have been multiple instances, but the last couple have left meextremely disappointed.
I was inthe store and the pharm tech helping mekept rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing…she made itvery apparent she did not want tobe helpingme. Itmade mefeel extremely uncomfortable.
Another instance they were out ofthe medi
cine weneeded. They did not contact meto tell methey did not have this medicine. Instead waited until wewere there topick upthe medicine toinform usthey would not befilling ituntil the following week. Icalled this pharmacy many times tosee ifwe could get ittransferred tothe same pharmacy across town who had the medicine instock. Instead ofhelping methey just hungup. They continue tohang upon meseveral times after this, then denied ever speaking tome.I amextremely disappointed Kroger would allow alack ofprofessionalism tothis magnitude.

Called toget some information onpricing medications(6/13/19-11:50am). The girl who answered phone was rude & had attitude. Talked with the pharmacist tosee costs ofnew prescriptions and hejust dodged myquestions & referred meto myinsurance provider. Will not ever use this pharmacy with the poor customer service. Iget that it's hard tofind anyone willing towork but Kroger should not let some people deal with customers!

Normally, there isan extremely long waiting time for pickups.2.5hour wait the last few days. Very friendly staff that gothe extra mile asfar ascustomer service goes. Overall anice pharmacy.

INCOMPETENT!!!!! NOstars for thisone. Rude hateful pharmacist who just walked off from meafter she said she could not fill aprescription from adentist. She apparently had problems with the doctor, and took her frustrations out onme. Don't know what her problems are but she was rude and hateful, soI will not beusing them again. Please Kroger put some competent people inthere towait oncustomers orat least ones that can try tobe nice.
