Their internet down load speeds are all they talk of & with new technologies w/ remote communications the upload speeds are critical and they aren’t even equal to1/4th! Don’t try to contact them. A nightmare!

@sparklightcares techs came to my house Friday and didn’t fix the issue! Now I’m told they can’t come back until this Fri cause they are busy! Should have been back 1st thing Mon!! #terriblecustomerservice
