@GetSpectrum @djenuff @MTV Got hung up on. Purchased a 750 dollar phone that wasn’t processed right. Sat home and had to use parents card on their anniversary. Terrible service with maya and rob her supervisor. Oh they offered 20$ for a sorry. Utter garbage.

@ItsKnoble @GetSpectrum Reset your router/modem & PC probably the best chance to get that fixed tonight, GL. They had a pretty big outage on the sly for whatever reason idk they don't like to share that info (I suppose just to drive traffic to their twitter ? and/or create jobs for support)

@Ask_Spectrum Been on hold for two hours, because my phone account got deleted instead of change of address and service may be disconnected. Stupid on #SPECTRUM

@Ask_Spectrum @MLeljedal Don't give these people any information, it's just a bunch of needless headaches. Once or twice a month they go down for maintenance or just to troll their users with zero way to confirm, leaving all their users messing around with their routers/modems for the next 2 hours.

@iFr4g @ThatViolinChick You can tell by the way the leads and mgmt act they give no sh*ts about the service they provide, since they are too large. Imagine having their internet drop in front of 10k+ people watching a live concert and having the provider not care @GetSpectrum that is not a good look.
