Big takeaways.-more ways to leverage rewards programs-buying things that are in the warehouse vs drop shipped is a big deal -Builders FirstSource knows how to have a good time-Orgill shows are pro centric vs Ace/TV shows which are more homeowner centric and smart dealers attend both for the best variety-I wish we had Yuengling Brewing west of the Mississippi-Howl at the Moon is a must see when downtown O town.-eComm continues to be a daunting convo for most dealers. ECI Software Solutions has the product and the team that we’re most excited about.-branding without localized content is not effective. Creating localized content is a challenge for large organizations AND small businesses.-NHPA conference is going to be epic

Retail has been reinventing itself for a while now, and one might even say it is more of a reincarnation post-Pandemic. This Atlantic piece highlights an over-the-top Bass Pro Shop. #Consumers want something consumable or experiential when they venture into a #Retail establishment. This could be #samples or a #demonstration. It might also be an in-store only gift with purchase (that is how #POPshelf got me to put on shoes and get in the car to drive 1.2 miles - well-played) Or in the case of Bass Pro Shop, it could consist of being whisked away into a parallel universe, an adventure of sights and sounds.
